Fortnite Announces Season 2 Finale Event: Collision

After months of leaks and rumours about the end of Season 2, Fortnite has officially announced the finale event - titled 'Collision'.

The Collision Event, which is set to take place on June 4, 2022 at 4PM ET, will support parties of up to four players queued together - 12 less than the previous event. Epic has recommended that anyone who wants to take part in the event should have Fortnite open at least 30 minutes before in order to avoid login queues.

All players who log in from June 4 at 8am ET will receive a free event-exclusive Loading Screen and Music Pack. The new Mecha Weapons Team Outfits, which were recently teased by Epic, will be available in the days leading up to the Collision Event.

With the end of Chapter 3, Season 2 coming in just nine days, everyone is reminded to complete their Battle Pass to unlock any additional cosmetics as they will be unavailable after June 4.

From May 31 at 9am ET, Bargain Bin Week will return, giving players discounts on all in-game Bar costs.
