Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2: Launch Date Confirmed

Players can finally mark their calendars as Epic Games has officially confirmed the launch date for Chapter 4 Season 2. After weeks of speculation and confusion, the official Fortnite Twitter account shared a teaser earlier today, revealing that the new season will launch on March 10th, 2023.

This announcement comes after Epic Games caused confusion among players with conflicting messages about the launch date. Fortnite's official status account initially tweeted in February that Chapter 4 Season 1 would end on March 8th, two days earlier than previously announced. This led many to assume that Season 2 would launch on March 9th, as the use of "through" in previous in-game messages implied the new season would start the day after the current season ends. However, just one day before the supposed launch, Epic Games clarified that downtime for Chapter 4 Season 2 would begin on March 10th at 2 AM ET.

Despite this confusion, the community is eagerly anticipating the launch of Fortnite's 24th Season, which will introduce a futuristic theme to the game, along with new crossovers and more.

Epic Games is expected to release more teasers leading up to server downtime for the v24.00 update. As always, we will keep you updated.
