Fortnite: Chapter 5 Season 3 Live Event Announced

After a long Season 3 for Chapter 5, Fortnite has officially announced the end-of-Season finale live event.

Today's v30.40 update reintroduced the famous event countdown timer to the Island, this time appearing at Brutal Beachhead. The timer currently ends at 2 PM (ET) on Saturday, August 10, 2024 - six days before the end of Season 3. This timing leaves room for potential follow-up 'mini events' to also occur before the new Season, as seen earlier this year.

Epic are yet to provide any additional information on the event, but are expected to do so soon. We'll keep you updated.
