Fortnite was the Most Downloaded Free Game on PlayStation in April

PlayStation has revealed lists of the most downloaded games for April 2023. According to the data, Fortnite was the most downloaded free-to-play game in the EU, US and Canada on both the PS4 and PS5 systems.

For the second month in a row, Fortnite was downloaded more than any other free game, beating Warzone 2.0, Overwatch 2, Apex Legends and Fall Guys. At the start of 2023, Fortnite sat in 2nd place for the most downloads, but the launch of Chapter 4 Season 2 in March boosted the game back to the top of the rankings. With Season 3 of Chapter 4 just weeks away, it doesn't look like Fortnite will drop in downloads anytime soon.
