Kinetic Blade Vaulted in Competitive Modes

The removal comes after players discovered a glitch that allows enemies to be eliminated in one hit from the blade. Epic did say the change is only temporary, but the item is expected to be vaulted in the next patch anyway, so it's unlikely we'll see it return to competitive modes. We'll keep you updated.
