Due to an issue, the Party Time Reality Augment has been disabled in all modes.

The removal comes less than 24 hours after the Aerialist Augment was also disabled due to bugs found following the recent maintenance hotfix. Since the Party Time Augment was the only way to obtain Balloons in-game, the item is now technically vaulted. We'll keep you updated.
