Season 6 start date revealed, Bonus XP weekend

Epic Games has confirmed over on Twitter that Season 6 of Fortnite will begin next Thursday, September 27th:
Season 6 is now dropping from the Battle Bus on September 27.

Celebrate its arrival and unlock those final Battle Pass rewards with an additional 400% Match XP all weekend, from now until September 24 at 8 AM ET (1200 GMT). Glide into the party! š
For those who haven't yet finished their Season 5 Battle Pass, this weekend will see a 400% Match XP bonus from now until September 24th at 8am ET.
No time has yet been given for the Season 6 patch, though its expected at the usual 4am ET. We'll update this post with any additional information.
