Fortnite's in-game MOTD has been updated to feature a new weapon coming soon to Battle Royale: the Quad Launcher!
The weapon, which was found a few patches ago by dataminers, is described as being able to "quickly fire up to 4 rockets to blanket an area with explosive damage". Hopefully Epic have spent a lot of time tuning it as first impressions make this sound fairly overpowered, we'll find out soon enough.
No clarification has yet been made on whether this weapon will be available in all modes or simply part of an LTM.
The Quad Launcher will drop on Wednesday, October 10 at 4am ET:
