Fortnite Reload: Duos Coming June 27

Epic has officially announced the addition of a Duos playlist to Fortnite's recently released Reload mode.

Fortnite Reload launched last week in Squads-only playlists for both the classic and Zero Build formats. Despite this, the mode has successfully taken a large chunk of players away from Battle Royale, often with 200-300k more players online than traditional Fortnite. The addition of Reload Duos is expected to increase this gap between the standard modes.

Epic did not share anything regarding a 'Trios' playlist for Reload, but this is something we could see released in the coming weeks. Players should be aware that Fortnite will "briefly" enter server downtime at 4AM ET, ahead of the mode's release at 9AM ET.
