Fortnite: Trios for Battle Royale, Zero Build Unvaulted

Fortnite has unexpectedly announced the return of Trios playlists for Battle Royale and Zero Build, just fifteen days after they were removed.

All Trios playlists were removed with the introduction of Ranked, allowing Epic to review matchmaking times as the player count got split between a number of different modes for each Rank. These numbers appear strong enough for Fortnite to reintroduce Trios today, but only for classic Battle Royale and Zero Build. There's currently no option to play Ranked Trios, and Epic hasn't revealed if this is planned for the future.

Epic is expected to make more changes to the active playlists as Ranked progresses. We'll keep you updated.
