Fortnite has released the latest hotfix for v20.40, kicking off Bargain Bin Week, which sees a major discount on all Gold Bar costs in-game.
Bargain Bin Week
The second hotfix for v20.40 sees the return of Fortnite's Bargain Bin Week, which discounts all Gold Bar costs by 50% in preparation for the next Season.
All NPC character services have now been discounted (via FNAssist):
- The Dub: 600 -> 300
- Storm Scout Sniper Rifle: 500 -> 250
- Boom Sniper Rifle: 600 -> 300
- Shadow Tracker: 400 -> 200
- Night Hawk: 400 -> 200
- Marksman Sixshooter: 400 -> 200
- Hire NPC: 100 -> 50
- Activate Prop Disguise: 75 -> 37
- Reveal Future Storm Circle: 175 -> 87
- Activate Rift: 250 -> 125
Rail Gun Recon Week Reverted
All changes introduced in last week's Rail Gun Recon Week have now been reverted. This includes the unvaulting of the Rail Gun and Recon Scanner.
Stay tuned for major changes coming in the Season 3 (v21.00) update on June 5, 2022.
