Epic Games has re-added multiple Item Shop sections to the Fortnite API, meaning they will be available very soon. Thirteen existing sections have also been removed and will not return to the Item Shop until the next API adjustment.
Re-added Item Shop Sections
The following Item Shop sections have been re-added to the API and will return very soon:

- Dragon Ball
- Star Wars
- Marvel
- Chloe Kim
- Survivors in Arms
- Knowby Cabin Nightmare
- Moncler
- Legends of the Light and Dark
- MrBeast
- 2022 Favorites
- x2 Twin's Locker
- Let Them Know
- In Space...
- Icons
- Candywing's Locker
- Winter Ski
- SparklesQT's Locker
- Time for Lunch
- Turn The Music Up
- The Littlest Snail's Locker
- Holiday Favorites
- 'Tis the Season
Removed Item Shop Sections
The following Item Shop sections have been removed from the API and will not return anytime soon:
- Elded's Locker
- Feast Mode
- Retake's Locker
- Queasy's Locker
- Pgod's Locker
- Sommerset's Locker
- FNCS
- Naruto
- Polo
- Tales from the Animus
- Summer, C-137
- Mr. Meeseeks
- Mecha Morty
