Thunder Spear, Lock On Pistol updated in Balance Hotfix

Following the release of v24.30 yesterday, Fortnite has deployed a hotfix to adjust the Thunder Spear and Lock on Pistol in Battle Royale.
The following changes have been made in today's balance hotfix:
Weapon Changes
- Thunder Spear damage increased
- Lock On Pistol damage increased
- Lock On Pistol lock-on speed increased
- Lock On Pistol fire rate increased
- Thunder Spear explosion rate increased
Augment Changes
- Forecast Augment vaulted in Arena and Tournament playlists
