The upcoming Starter Pack for Chapter 4 Season 1 has been leaked following today's v22.40 patch.
The new 'Metalcore Mina' Set cotnains the 'Mina Park' Outfit, 'Spikeheart' Back Bling and 'The Ruthless Claw' Pickaxe. As is the case with all cosmetic leaks, it's possible that the pack could be changed before it's released in-game.
The release date for Season 1's Starter Pack is currently unknown, although it's expected to become available before January 2023. Once the Metalcore Mina Set is released, the current Starter Pack will be removed from the Item Shop.
