Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: New End Date Announced
In an unexpected announcement today, Epic Games has shared a new end date for Chapter 6 Season 3 and OG Season 4 of Fortnite.
Originally announced to be ending on August 8, 2025, the upcoming Battle Royale and OG Seasons now have a final date of August 7. It's currently unknown why Epic made the decision to adjust the date, but it's possible this could be to line up with a new live event.

This isn't the first time a Fortnite Season's end date has been moved forward. In 2023, Epic changed the launch date of Chapter 4 Season 2 by 48 hours, only to then follow the original release plan anyway, causing confusion in the community.
As for Fortnite today, details surrounding the upcoming Season finales will becoming clearer in the weeks leading up to August 7. At the time of writing, the first live event for OG has been announced for July 26, but Chapter 6's remains a mystery.
