Fortnite Sells Battle Pass Cosmetic in the Item Shop

Fortnite has accidentally included the Battle-Pass-exclusive 'Swim Free' Jam Track in the updated Item Shop rotation for August 2, 2024.

Sold for 500 V-Bucks, the song can currently be purchased under the 'Jam Tracks' section in today's shop rotation. When first released earlier this year, 'Swim Free' was exclusively available as part of the Chapter 5 Season 2 Battle Pass, and could not be purchased separately.

At the time of writing, Epic have not revealed if the sale of 'Swim Free' in the Item Shop is intentional or not, but this seems unlikely. As is usually the case with accidental exclusive shop sales, players who purchase the track today are expected to be refunded once it's removed from the rotation.
