In a new hotfix released today, Fortnite has removed the Self-Revive Device item from all competitive playlists.
After reviewing the usage data and your feedback, we've removed the Self-Revive Device from Ranked Battle Royale and tournaments playlists. π

The change comes as a result of feedback from competitive players after the launch of Chapter 7. Following the hotfix, which also increased the drop rate of Medium Ammo in standard Battle Royale, removed the Self-Revive Device from Ranked, impacting all tournaments too.
In addition to the loot changes, Epic also announced some adjustments to upcoming scheduled tournaments:
- Solo Battle Royale Ranked Cup has been cancelled and replaced with Reload Duos Ranked Cup
- Reload Duos Victory Cup will take place earlier in the day
