In celebration of professional tennis player Naomi Osaka joining the Icon Series, Fortnite has announced the new Naomi Osaka Cup that will give players the chance to earn the new cosmetics for free.
The Cup is a Solo competition and the top performing players in each region will earn the new cosmetics as follows:
- Placing 1st - 2,500th in Europe:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 1,250th in NA East:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 500th in NA West:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 1,000th in Brazil:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 250th in Asia:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 250th in Oceania:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling. - Placing 1st - 250th in Middle East:
Naomi Osaka Outfit, Dark Priestess Naomi Outfit, Royale Racket Pickaxe/Back Bling and Portalforger Paddle Pickaxe Back Bling.
All players who earn at least 8 points in the Cup will be rewarded with the new 'The Forbidden Ace' Spray.
Players will be able to compete in a total of ten matches across a three-hour time windows on march 2. The scoring system is similar to that of recent cups, with a Victory Royale worth 30 points.
Anyone can participate by simply checking under the Compete tab in-game for their region's active time.
