Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 Now Available to Pre-Load on Xbox, PlayStation

Fortnite's v36.00 update, which includes Chapter 6 Season 3 of Battle Royale and OG Season 4, is now available for Xbox and PlayStation.

The update can now be downloaded ahead of release on any of the following consoles:

  • Xbox Series X|S
  • Xbox One X|S
  • PlayStation 5
  • PlayStation 4

While download sizes vary by system, PlayStation's is reportedly around 20GB, with Xbox's at 30GB. Players are free to download this at any time before the launch of Season 3, and will be able to play Fortnite as normal once the new update is installed.

Chapter 6 Season 3 will release at the same time for all platforms later today. As always, we'll keep you updated.
