Fortnite has released the latest hotfix for v25.11, replacing the Kinetic Boomerang with a new version of the classic Pump Shotgun.

The new 'Sharp Tooth' Shotgun has replaced the Kinetic Boomerang in all playlists at all rarities. The new weapon is an updated version of the classic Pump Shotgun, which hasn't been seen in-game since Chapter 2 Season 8.

The Sharp Tooth Shotgun is expected to remain in the loot pool for the rest of Season 3. According to Epic, the Kinetic Boomerang will return before the season ends.
Today's hotfix introduced no other changes. Bigger updates will be introduced with Fortnite's 'Summer Escape' update next week. We'll keep you updated.
