Kinetic Blade Removed from Fortnite

Due to an issue, the Kinetic Blade has been removed from all Fortnite playlists.

The removal comes after players discovered a glitch that allows enemies to be eliminated while disconnected from the internet, which resulted in Epic sending out account warnings and bans for exploiting. With Season 3's launch just 15 days away, Epic has confirmed that the Kinetic Blade will not be returning for the foreseeable future. All Quests that require a Kinetic Blade to be completed have been replaced, and Syndicate challenges have been autocompleted.

Just hours before removing the blade, Fortnite deployed a balance hotfix to significantly reduce the damage of Grenades and the Heavy Sniper Rifle.
